11-6-07 Tuesday Weights

Doctor report: Doc said nothing permanent is broken. I've probably strained a ligament in my knee. He recommended some exercises to maintain muscle tone and keep the problem from getting worse. He also suggested backing off of the leg weight routine a good bit (1/3 or the weight). He didn't ground me from anything except running. He says I just didn't give it enough time to heal, should have waited 6 weeks. He says I should be ok in about 2 or 3 weeks, and gave me a handful of Celebrex (an NSAID) and told me to take one a day.


Over crowded @ weight room. I had to hopscotch around to equipment a lot, and had to substitute some exercises. Lots of ab work, an did a little time on the stairmaster.
