Ran hill repeats with Steph at the dam. We did 12 hill sprints and it was horrible hot. Good thing about hills and speed workouts is that they go pretty fast.
Rest day tomorrow.
It's another new year - time for some new goals. I've not set goals as rigidly this year. I want to do 3 triathlons: Peachtree City Olympic, West Point Lake Olympic, and maybe the Callaway Gardens Sprint. I also want to break 20 minutes at a 5K - that's gonna be hard to do. I'm thinking I'll target a Buelah race for the sub-20. I also want to target a marathon in the fall. I'd like to do a 'event' marathon - something big and memorable. Let the new year and the training begin!!
