Yesterday (Monday night) - I did short run, then I hit the weights...hard. I was sooo tired when I go done.
Tonight I did a long (semi-slow run). I did 7.25 miles on the treadmill (took about about65 minutes). I kept the speed at about 6.3 for the majority of the run, but I did speed it up a little during the last half mile. After the run, I did core workout with Steph.
