I hit the fitness room tonight. I think the visits there are about to start dwindling (except for swims) since the weather is getting more agreeable.
I did a mile on the tready at 6.2 mph and a 6% incline as a warm-up, then I hit the weights and core workout. After the weights, I did another half mile on the tready for cooldown. I was pretty tired out when I got done.
Maybe this weekend, I can get in a trail run to try out my new shoes. I also need to catch up my training log for this year.
