8-28-07 1st after the race

I planned on doing a longer run tonight. I was scheduled for 4, but wanted to do more. When we got out (earlier than usual) it was warm, but not uncomfortable. The run was good for the first half, but then I was hit with powerful urge to use the restroom. This made the remainder of the run less than pleasant. I was glad to get out into the trails again. I figure it was about 7 miles total since I went around by the boat ramps. On my return trip, I ducked into the woods and ran the trails back.
