19 minute swim (38 laps) - still working on doing flip turns the correct way, but getting a little smoother.
38 minute bike ride ( 13 miles, I think - - I'm posting the a few days after the workout and the memory is a little rusy)
It's another new year - time for some new goals. I've not set goals as rigidly this year. I want to do 3 triathlons: Peachtree City Olympic, West Point Lake Olympic, and maybe the Callaway Gardens Sprint. I also want to break 20 minutes at a 5K - that's gonna be hard to do. I'm thinking I'll target a Buelah race for the sub-20. I also want to target a marathon in the fall. I'd like to do a 'event' marathon - something big and memorable. Let the new year and the training begin!!
