Just went to the Sportsplex with Steph. She ran, I swam.
I did one 20 minute session (didn't count laps - but estimate 35 laps), and one 10 minute session (20 laps). I hate counting laps. I need to find a better way to do it. The good thing is that my mind is starting to wander during the swims again - luckily it's wandering to race day, and how the swim will feel. I'll start using this time to visualize how I want the races to go this year.
