Trying to get back into my schedule. Ran 6 miles last night. Pretty good run, ran at about a 10 minute pace (64 minutes for 6 miles). I stayed to the roads at the dam. I did see a rather large whitetail doe at about 2 miles.

I also got a pretty harsh side stitch in my right side that endured for about the last 1.5 miles.
