Just picked up my race packet for the Tri in the morning. Now the nerves start to build up.

did an easy 1000m swim today, last swim b4 the race. in atlanta now, STILL waiting 4 a callback to turnup 2 OC48's.

FAIL! Aquatic Director is a no-show @ the pool this morning, so no swim 2day. maybe i can figure something 4 this afternoon.

headed out the door for a morning swim - short swim since the race is Sat, probably only about 1000m

yesterday was the last long training before the race. 13 mi on bike followed by 6 mi run. HOT HOT HOT!!!!!
