headed out the door for a morning swim - short swim since the race is Sat, probably only about 1000m

yesterday was the last long training before the race. 13 mi on bike followed by 6 mi run. HOT HOT HOT!!!!!

It's our anniversary!!!! 13yrs of marriage. I'm taking a last minute vaca day to spend w/Steph. about to go get some lunch - ideas?

At church now, getting ready to start VBS. Ate too many hotdogs at the pre-dinner.
