Running Again

It's another new year - time for some new goals. I've not set goals as rigidly this year. I want to do 3 triathlons: Peachtree City Olympic, West Point Lake Olympic, and maybe the Callaway Gardens Sprint. I also want to break 20 minutes at a 5K - that's gonna be hard to do. I'm thinking I'll target a Buelah race for the sub-20. I also want to target a marathon in the fall. I'd like to do a 'event' marathon - something big and memorable. Let the new year and the training begin!!

Driving to Atlanta, but MUCH later than I wanted to.

This is going to be a less than great trip for a multitude of reasons. Late leaving, meet-ups not coordinated, materials are lacking. Probably going to be a 'grudge-workout'. I'm sure I'll pay for it.
